Thomas A. Bowden
Tom Bowden is primarily responsible for outreach efforts to legal academia—law professors, students, and administrators—on behalf of the Anthem Foundation for Objectivist Scholarship. Mr. Bowden practiced as a civil litigator in Baltimore for twenty years before joining the non-profit sector in 2007. He holds a B.A. in history from the University of Kentucky, an M.A. in American business and economic history from the University of Delaware, and a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. For six years he taught Legal Analysis, Research, and Writing at the University of Baltimore School of Law. His most recent publication is “Repairing Lochner’s Reputation: An Adventure in Historical Revisionism,” in the George Mason Law Review.
